********** Nedbank

As I'm going through my monthly routine of checking my credit score, I came across a significant drop in my score. Looking further I saw a credit card that was opened as far as 03 December 2020 with a whooping balance of R70000.00 indicating NedCard. On the 12th of January 2021, I approached Nedbank on Twitter which they suggest we engage via inbox which I did. They told me they are investigating the matter and they will come back to me soonest which I am still waiting for. It's been over 7 days now without hearing from them and I'm not happy because I don't remember speaking to anyone from Nedbank to open up a credit card. I suspect this is a kind of ***** happening either by the Nedbank employee trying to score more points for their monthly goals for their pockets or it is the way they operate. I can't wait any longer and I doubt I will ever be their customer by the way they handle matters, I am very disappointed. Please remove your fu***n credit card on my name as it has already done enough damage, thinking of how long I built my credit score to where it was last year and now I look bad to creditors.
