********** Loan application queries

I would like to complain about a Nedbank request that keeps coming through my Absa account.Request for my bank statement.I have never app**** for a loan for the past 2 years with Nedbank.I would like to know how does Nedbank authorise such ********** activity.Where did I sogn that I need a loan?I need proof of the signature that authorised Nedbank to do a credit check on me which is messing up my credit score.I need all the request made by Nedbank to be removed from my Transunion Credit report.

I would also like to notify you that you ********** team from Nedbank do not respond to my queries.I sent a query last week and Del sent it forth.What is your turnaround time for resolving ********** queries?
