<p>i was contacted by a lady from nedbank stating that i took out aloan and i havent been paying, she said i made payment for 2 months then defaulted, i then told her that i have never taken out a loan from nedbank i know nothing about that, she requested me to submit an afidavit with 10 signatures with a certified copy of my id which i did. to my suprise last night around 8pm a lady called Sibongile called me and told me that everything proves that i took out the loan. this was taken out in Mpumalanga and i live in Katlehong Johannesburg, she said the loan was taken out at cash build and i didnt even know that nedbank loans can be taken out at cashbuild, so i asked her if she did get a camera footage from cashbuild for that particular day and saw me walking into the store and if she did investigat the person who approved the loan, to my supprise she told me that it is not her business to go to cash build, she has done what she had to do.what kind of an investigation is done on one party, what about you cash build? iwant to know whose business it is then to investigate cashbuild as it is nedbank who decided to make cash build thier loan application centre and now that such things are happening hey cannot even go back to them and find out what happened. i further asked her to send me paper work relating to this loan and she told me she cant, i want answers to this and i want them immediately, i am not going to pay for something i know nothing about. why would i go all the way mpumalanga when i live in the eatrand, they havent even checked my phone saterlite to see where i was on that date. this Sibongile woman has no right to come and tell me that she has completed her investigation when she didnt even go to cashbuild. i wandndard bank for everything, why the hell would would i go to nedbank in mpumalanga of all places, i dont even know how to get to Mpumalanga. cant you guys take ownership of your service provider messing up and deal with them , it is very clear that this kind of activity has been going on as this Sibogile said to me that such loans are taken out and there is never any delivery details with regards to goods taken from the store on this loan.
