I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received from Nedbank , I’ve got vehicle insurance with them after calling in to make an enquiry I was told my policy belongs to another person & I’m listed as an additional family member on that policy . I requested an email to be sent to me regarding my enquiry & matter but I am yet to receive that email since 8 in the morning & now it’s 12 …. This is very ********** if you ask me .
