********** Greenbacks Rewards Charges on Savvy Plus account

I've had a Savvy Plus account for 6 years now and I've never app**** for Greenbacks. Recently I've noticed that I'm getting charged R20 for Greenbacks Rewards programme that I did not ask for.

This is in addition to the R110.00 that you are charging me for the account.

I have not had a Nedbank card for about 4 of the 6 years I've had the account. I only Sendimali or transfer to my Capitec account, so how could I have Greenbacks when I dont even have a card?

I only had the rewards programme on the Credit Card, which is no longer active.

I called in this morning and was told that it automatically came with the account. NO, IT DOES NOT! Only the Savvy bundle account comes with the Greenbacks linked with it and you get an AMEX and Master card.

I need to know who and when the Greenbacks rewards programme was linked to my account and I want to be reimbursed for the debits of R20 that have been coming off my account. This is ridiculous guys.

I am very disappointed because I am loyal and love Nedbank, however this is not on.

Please can someone investigate and get back to me.
