********** deductions - Nedbank slow to act

********** transactions have gone off my account! Despite calling Nedbank and emailing the details, these transactions are still on my account. What is very shocking is that Nedbank charges me extremely high bank fees ie R340 a month for relationship banking alone and yet they tell me it could take 4 to 6 weeks to reverse the *****elent transactions. What nonsense. Nedbank - you have a very angry customer. What terrible service. I am very disappointed,
