********** deductions made and no corrections

I have been retrenched and they keep on taking payments off my account where the insurance on my accounts should cover all as all documentation was handed in and nothing outstanding. Being retrenched is more than enough stress and they should not be putting more on me. With this matter both my credit card debit orders should not have come off my account as well as the agreed amount for my personal loan where they have also deducted more as agreed. I emailed Peter with the complaints department with my whole story and I have not had a response. I might now not be able to make my rental payment this month due to the amount of money they owe me by **********ly denying me my funds back. Complaint reference ***.
