********** Deductions
I have recently put in for an insurance claim which was approved on a personal loan but every month they still debit my account leaving me to pay addition dishonor fees and damage my credit profile. I have since been on the phone for several months trying to claim the funds back and it has been unsuccessful due to I never get called back. This is return calls from team leaders and managers. I contacted the complaints department on several occasions and nothing. I just call several times today 02-04-2020 again with the promise that I will be called back by 2 agents and a manager. What is happening now is that the insurance is paying the claim every month and I'm paying the premium which in my case is *****, which I believe that the police should be involve now due to the lack of response and accountability.
Calling the collections and claims department hasn't been fruitful at all with me getting transferred to several agents on 1 call. Stalling tactics if you ask me.
It's again drawing closer to the end of the month and again I'm hopeful that I will at least get a courtesy call from the complaints department which the consultant in the bank referred me to. What good is a unmanned customer complaints department.
If you ask me in having to refer Nedbank I'd definitely defer people from using their services. At this stage I'm quite eager to get rid of all the other Nedbank products I hold.
