********** debits costing me R375 monthly

Why is it that I'm charged R125 every time a ********** debit try to debit my account but when I was opening the account I was told all transactions on my account are free and covered by my monthly service charges. I reported this to the bank in East Rand Mall but the bank charges 3 times R125 every month for this ********** debits of R25. I have sent emails to try and stop this but nothing happens except for the R375 I get to be charged every month for the unsuccessful debits.
