While I am typing this, I am furious you deserve a 0 star rating. Your service is the worst I have ever experiences, your staff is ***********, and you are a ********** bank.

I have paid and canceled my loan in May 2022, the 25th of June you have deducted my account with R640, after numerous of calls, I spoke with Karabo (according to your staff a manager) she confirmed that Nedbank made a mistake and it was in connection with the insurance of the loan that was not canceled, she confirmed that the amount was reversed(which it wasn’t just so by the way, I never received my money back) now today I get a call from Nedbank and find out my loan was reopened because of the reversal and you will be deduction my account on the 25th of July with over R1000.

I will never deal with Nedbank again, worst experience and customer service!!!!!!!!!!
