********** debit order on my account and no clear action by the bank

The bank accepts ********** debit orders from third parties (Homechoice) without checking proper account holder authentication. I ended up with a debit order from a company I never purchased anything from. Nedbank send me around 4 different departments these past three months with no resolution and no explanation as to what and why it happened.
