********** Debit order from Cross Border!!!

Dear Nedbank.

Please assist in this matter, I had an amount of R16,20 go off my account from Cross Border. I don't know anything about this company or organization. I am not sure how they got a hold of my account number.

May I have this amount reversed with due respect. I am so tired of banks not taking any accountability when such happens to out accounts. I am starting to believe that banks also work with these ********** companies. You never want to disclose the particulars of the account holders so that we can track them down. I was at the Roodepoort branch today and there was nothing they can assist me this regarding this matter.
