********** debit on my bank account from Nedbank

I have a Nedbank personal loan only to find there is another persons personal from Nedbank that has been debuting from my bank account. The branch has been unable to assist me and when I call their customer care I’m told the funds don’t reflect I even sent them my bank statement as proof but they are failing to resolve this matter. It is now affecting my other debit orders. Not to mention how rude and *********** the customer care team is.
