********** debit from Nedbank

Nedbank Credit Card went into my account and debited full amount on the credit card, even though I have an arrangement of a minimum payment. They kept me on the phone for over an hour only to tell me only their collections department can assist. The lady I was speaking to dropped the phone on me and didn't bother to call me back.

I need my money back nedbank. U cannot just go into my account and debit whatever amount you want without my authorization just because I bank with you.
