I am utterly disappointed and how they decided to take it upon themselves to accept a debi check mandate on my behalf.

Recently I received a sms saying that my insurance company has sent me a debi check manadate and I am to approve it on the app, go into the branch or call the call center. So I tried calling the call center and with no luck I held and wasn't assisted.

To my surprise this morning the insurance company is reflecting under my debi check mandates and they have already debited from account even before my salary notification came in. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND who gave the approval for this happen as I didn't approve the mandate. This should constitute as ***** because I did not approve or authorize anything, such things are the exact reason why I am considering cutting ties with Nedbank all together. So unprofessional, my goodness.
