A ********** institution protecting a syndicate in their bank. I had my identity ****** and more than 120 000 taken out in credit in my name because Nedbank has insanely weak KYC policies. The ***** department is unresponsive and my case officer assigned since December is unresponsive. They continue to hold out on information required by the police to help with the investigation.
