********** activity!!!

On the 18th Jan I reported a ********** transaction immediately after receiving notification, only today the credit card statement reflects the released payment, why did you still give my money away after reporting the incident. Why did I not receive any notification for approval of said transaction. I reported to ***** division and they fail to respond to my emails. Why is this taking place when we have to go through long verification processes, yet you giving our money away without our authorisation?
