********** activities,Unauthorized debits NCR please assist

My name is Cwayita Carol Ngcwabe is 91****705081 ,I would formally like to inform of ********** actions that have taken place on my account where an amount R3 064.74 was debited unauthorized and **********ly an amount of R323.48 is the correct amount.

A reversal was done yesterday that took a whole week,clearly our monies are not safe if they can Willy billy do this and not one person contacted me.

I have had further queries with this institution and to say I haven’t had a good service at all from incorrect debit to also incorrect debit dates unprofessionalsm and poor service is the motto,mind you I’ve been a client for more than 10 years.

@ncr I hope you will take note of this institution and take appropriate measurements.

I will also be reporting this to the tribunal and hello Peter to warn people.
