<p>I found out that someone took a loan using my details at nedbank in February. I went to nedbank branch at midrand, I waited for more than two hours to be assisted and then the consultant told me to phone personal loan department. I was requested to send affidavit and some other documents and I did. After some few days I received a call from nedbank bank and I was told that indeed I am a victim and the loan is going to be cancelled. In march the money went off and I phoned nedbank I was told that the payment order is going to be cancelled. same thing happened in April and May. I phoned, went to the branch and I even went to the offices at new town but nothing has been done. At the end of each month I have to call the bank I bank with to reverse this debt order. The worse part is the debt collector just called me asking why am I not repaying the debt. I am so frustrated and I am scared that I might be blacklisted.</p>
