*****ulant activity and pathetic service

Hi Nedbank,

Received notifications that some one is using my Greenback points. Contacted Nedbank to inform them about the situation. They informed me that the points were used using the greenbacks cash card, I have never received this card and Nedbank confirmed that I don't own a card. After spending over an hour on the phone going from pillar to post from the call centre to the ***** centre no one was able to help me or even just reverse these transactions. I'm the one losing money and the just don't care its been close to a month now and still no feedback nothing . This is the worst service ever and I truly wonder if the people in the ***** department know what they are doing as the service from them was pathetic I've never in my life spend as much time on hols as I di with them.

Clearly your customers mean absolutely nothing to you
