I got an SMS this morning stating my account is in legal and I need to pay an overdue amount of R2700. This account was settled last year May already and when I called them a consultant Jordaine tells me that an amount was reversed 9 Jan 2021 and thats why theres an amount outstanding. FIrstly how the hell do you reverse an amount on a closed account, secondly I did not reverse the amount and sent my bank statements to prove it. This bank has just gotten worse and worse, so glad I moved over to a bank that actually knows what they doing. This is *****!!! your systems and service is PATHETIC!!! You guys better close that damn account or I will take this further
