I am very upset about Nedbank. The staff are still clueless in regards to cross boarder transactions that Nedbank has made with Ecobank. On top of that the ********** things I've heard of from that bank I am witnessing them myself. I did an online transaction like I normally do to Ecobank Nigeria sending money on a monthly basis. I sent money for a building project and now this mornings transaction has not reflected on their side and the transaction on the app is telling me it went to forex and with another charge of R8000+ also taken for some sundry charges. How is it possible if it's not **********. I want my money back. All these dubious charges and money taken must be refunded back to me. I could just sue this bank for misleading
