My roof was leaking due to the storm, and I emailed Nedbank Home Insurance, they send through someone to come check, then Razia Sarlie told me they won't pay because I a was supposed to maintain it. They can only fix the damage caused inside, I had damp walls which I reported to them within months of moving in my house and nothing was done. 19 November 2021 I wrote Razi Sarlie to cancel my insurance since they are not assisting, I copied *** to date I haven't received cancellation documents. I think they are taking us for a ride, I have already spoken to other insurers who are ready to listen and give advice. I want nothing to do With Nedbank Home Insurance
