*****ed by Nedbank

I have a fast food restaurant and butchery. I have a business account with Nedbank. I have been their client for over 20 years. I recently changed my merchant number because of the speedpoint. I wanted a cordless speedpoint. I use one account for my restaurant and butchery. I swipe all my transactions with that speedpoint do accommodate my clients for the butchery and restaurant. Nedbank ***** department decided to withhold my money because they deemed it to be a ********** amount. My client didn't report anything by the way. I supply meat in big quantities. They are withholding two big batches to the amount of over R36 000.00. Since 9 March 2020. I have over 5 reference numbers from the merchant department telling me my money has went through. All I'm told is that it's been released and being held at back office. I will never ever recommend Nedbank to anyone going forward. My money doesn't matter to them. 3 weeks holding my money like I am a ******** without explanation. I've been waiting for their call to explain to me why they are withholding my money. Clearly they dont respect me as their client. Goodbye Nedbank. I want my money.
