I currently have payment relief activated with Nedbank on my credit card. I did via SMS as it is an extension. I called it to find out if it was activated I think I called in August or July and was told that it was activated and will only start paying in October I think. Today I received a call from +***4 about making payment on my credit card, the lady called me by name and said calls are recorded and asked me to confirm my ID number then I refused, she hung up. I forgot her name. I know when I am supposed to start paying so why is Nedbank calling me about this, I don't know if it's real or *****
