***** on my credit card

I app**** for a credit card. I received an sms that my card is ready for collection at the mimosa mall branch. This morning, 9 feb 2017 i emailed them to ask how much i was approved for as they hadnt even told me that yet. At about 12, an sms came through to say R1000 had been processed on my credit card - note though that I had not collected my card yet. After a while on the phone i was told to go to the branch. At the branch they discovered that another person with the same initials and surname as me was given my card and she had drawn R1000 from it. Long story short the person came back for her own card and simply said she has no other funds so can only pay it on the 15th of feb. I told the bank that i will not accept this as the bank was at fault. I was assured that they will have it fixed today and that I will get a call. I have not received a single call or nothing. These people obviously dont care and do not know that I can sue them for negligence and *****. Absolutely ridiculous!
