***** ON CREDIT CARD AND NOTHING BEING DONE

I had ***** committed on my small business credit card 2 weeks ago, though the initial and very prompt response was there, 2 weeks later I can't get anybody to answer mails, calls or coming back to me, 1 call in 2 weeks to be told somebody else was going to speak to me, well still waiting. It is a substantial amount of money which I need for the business, I even appealed to my branch manager in Rosebank, not a word from her either.

What must one do to get my money back??????

Lots of publicity about helping small business, and I have been with them for 15 years and here is how you get treated. Quite disgraceful...
