********** transaction on Amex/MasterCard - with a turnaround time of 45 working days!! Totally unacceptable service. They should reverse the transaction and deal with the investigation in their own time. Meantime I have to pay the interest on the amount Of R10425.24 for something I did not buy :(<br>
