***** Nedbank debi check *****s money

Why does nedbank enforce debi check on my account? I saw a pending debit order one day ago and called nedbank and I informed them that it's ***** as I did not authorize anyone to debit my account with R2575,83! This is a suspicious transaction and I have no clue who this is! I have called ***** dept today they can't help me until it clears and want me to call them again in 24-48 hours after I suggested they take down my details and check and do the necessary but they felt like it was too much work for them to helo a client that's been with them for over 30 years!!
