***** in credit card

On the 29th of October 2022 I was ****** and as a result of the terrifying experience NY credit card got taken. As soon as I realized this I did go and block it and requested another one

There where 4 transactions amounting to R588.00. I went to thr bank snd was given a form that I completed was advised issue will be resolved and funds reversed . Nothing has happened and it has been 2 months

I am not happy with the lack of service I have received regarding this matter
