***** despute

Good day I have been struggling with Nedbank since last year 4/11/2019 regarding a ***** matter where I was hijack at an atm on the 1/11/2019, I went to the bank to report it and to block the account transactions, on the the 2/11/2019 the **** card was used to buy on my account and draw money, I have been struggling with them ever since to refund the money back they tell you to phone and from there on nothing happens if you could please help to get this resolved as it is R6500. 00 and this monemt every cent is needed
