Nedbank outsourced a ********** collections company to do their dirty work, even though i have settled my account, these people continue to harress me and claim that there is still an outstanding amount. This is after they provided me with a settlement quote and i paid the amount due within the stipulated time.

I require the following from Nedbank as i will no longer deal with their ********** partner.

My account is settled and I request all the following information be provided to me by mail: • 1. The confirmation that the account has been settled in full. • 2. Proof that my record on the credit bureaus has been updated • 3. Proof of credit record clearance.
