***** case investigated against Frozen Favorites based in Port Elizabeth. .

The Company Frozen Favorites did not deliver hampers on time in December 2022. I was an agent and had clients under me which made payment directly to the Company's Netbank account for 11 months. They delivered rotten foods and also hampers that had shortages hence clients need to be reimbursed.

Netbank is now withholding funds which need to be paid to clients.

It has been a frustrating 3 months as Netbank has shown no seriousness to address this matter with the Company and the Company's accountant.

Netbank does not consider the turmoil the clients and agents have experienced. Netbank ***** department has not taken any steps to ensured reimbur*****t yet the money was paid unto their Bank period.

We as agents have been experiencing threats from clients as they want what is owed to them.

Please assist as this has been found on too long.
