***** BANK WORKING WITH ********!!!!!!!!!

Nedbank ha not sorted my issue from December 2020. I was talking to an acquaintance on WhatsApp and he offered me a product I needed so I transferred money from Nedbank to Nedbank via my mother Nedbank Account as I am using Capitec. He claimed to never have received the money even the next day so I called Nedbank and they told me he actually received the money so I must check it up with him. We kept going back and forth until I called Nedbank again on the 16th of December and the told me his account is under review because someone had reported him on the 28th of November, I must go and report this at the police station. I got a case number from the police station in January due to delays at SAPS and the reported it to Nedbank ***** Department. They finally informed me after I had called OMBUDSMAN 50 times that they could not help as there was no negligence on their behalf. What still confuses me is that this person was red-flagged for ***** but they didn't close or follow up on my complaint my closed the account for another person. Was I that unimportant to this bank?
