***** at Nedbank - POPIA breach

Hi, I'm really concerned and anxious at the fact that I'm receiving sms notifications from Nedbank about applications that were not done by me under my profile with them, the main concern is that my personal information has been leaked by their staff. Furthermore, I've queried this with Nedbank and was told that my case has been logged with their ***** department who will assist and call me in 24 hours, it has now been a week since they said that and no call or initiative has been made by the bank. I'm disgusted and flabbergasted at their lack of service and ignorance in this matter. I thought this was a reputable company but it has proven itself otherwise. I will continue to escalate this matter to the Financial Board, as Nedbank has failed to honor their SLA and adhering to POPIA
