***** AT NEDBANK HEAD OFFICE

I had a confirmed and paid for booking at 135 branch in Rivonia to renew my passport. The home affairs employees refused to process & insisted that it be repaid for because the booking did not exist. Even though I had the printed confirmation generated from their website. Ned bank has refused to take responsibility for the matter even though the home affairs office is INSIDE their building. Whatever ***** that is happening between Nedbank & home affairs is revolting.
