I have lodged a claim with nedbank Homeowners insurance for a licking basin pipe on 26-03-2019, company called C.M.S construction & maintenance was send to fix the lickage I paid R600 in total 500 for excess and 100 for flexi pipe and heve proof in a form of invoice. Months after that I experienced the same problem to my surprise when I made the claim and askininf not to be charged for excess since the pipe was fixed in March then I was told that Is not the same problem from their record a pressure pipe was fixed. I requested the manager to call me and I also requested the recordings until today none of that has never happened. I'm very much dissapointed and I'm looking for a better banking company.
