***** and bad service

I went to a dealer BNA Auto, they did an application for a loan on my behalf, and the loan was paid into their account it was not vehicle finance. I never even got the car, when I went to them to refund the amount they did not want to and when I called nedbank they said I should contact the dealer and yet they gave the money to the dealer not me. I want the money back in my account
