I'm really not happy with nedbank.. I have a personal loan and home loan with them I'm going to switch my loans.. nedbank is a ****.. ln June I started banking with them.. I switched my salary to nedbank now in July and all my debit orders are with them.. have been using their app. They said I will get 200 cash back.. now yesterday they sent me a message saying I don't qualify. I called first consultant bongikosi put me on hold and dropped my call.. the second on Samuel put me on mute for about 10 minutes and said it is a reminder that I should continue using the app. mhe did not make sense at all.. I asked to speak to the manager.. he said he will call me back in 30 minutes.. Lesego till today no call. mim frustrated want to close the acc with them..
