I am not happy with how Ned bank is treating me, on the 27 may there was an amount R2500 that went out of my account, ********** cause I did not action thee request, reported this and thjrw bank disabled my app and internet banking and they never gave me feedback, now I had to write emails and I only got an apology and an empty promise that they will update me and they never did, it's month end I neeed to pay my bills I can't cause the facility is disabled and they are ignoring my request.
