My sons card got stuck at the atm in brackenfell branch. He called the toll free number to report the matter. He went the next day to try and get the new card. He got the new card and saw that 6000 rands was missing. He reported again in the branch, this happened in October, till now there is nothing coming to him. No feedback from branch, as we speak, they are closed
