Had ********** act on my card, an order made to Mr. Delivery with my details. I call the call centre and a lady called Busisiwe and an agent called D****ha just put me on hold without givin FNB assistance until my call was cut by them. Oth called in two different time intervals, information was picked up by the other agent D****ha but instead of carrying it over to refund and block account... They kept me waiting without assistance. Nedbank I WANT MY MONEY AND I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR A LONG TIME.
