On the 11 june 2021 my fone was hacked and money was used on my absa account. That money was transferred to nedbank. I later found out that money was also used from my son's nedbank account. I reported the matter. I have tried making a follow up as well with nedbank but it seems like no one knows anything and no one wants to help. What suprised me is that this person was able to buy 300 airtime on my sons account but the account it not registered on cellphone banking and i dnt even get sms notification when i use the account.
