I went to a nedbank atm and it asked me for my cell phone number i entered it and my card was swallowed then i receive a sms stating a withdrawal for R3000 and then another for R1000, i called the call center to block my card and they said that the atm was hacked how is this my responsibility ???i have debit orders that go off tomorrow and the call center agent advised me that Nedbank will still charge me for returned debit orders ,i have been banking with Nedbank for a while and all my account are with them, how is it any of my fault that my HARD EARNED money was ****** from me ??? i am extremely disappointed, now i need to go to the branch to log a ***** case, why do you have call centers then ? i am extremely irate and appalled by this so called Major Banks service i will advise all my family members and friends to switch banks.
