I went to germiston nedbank branch to make a transfer of funds from my investment acc into my current account the teller who was helping me too my identity book gave it to someone whilst I was waiting he was busy with somebody else's identity book and later a lady brought back my identity book.the following morning money was withdrawn on my account with a different card reflecting a different plastic number with the one I have, so my question is when and where was the second card issued and by who, how can one account have two different account numbers. This made me suspicious of the tellers fruading us and concluding that we will think its card cloners,if my card was cloned it would show the same plastic number with my bank card.if there is anyone who has experienced this at nedbank germiston come forth.
