<p>i recently joined Nedbank with cheque account three weeks back and was happy join this company, but 29/11/2016 early hours of the morning was debited with R1923.32 from my account and i called since joined through nedbank private banking,then i was advice that i owed them that amount where else am new client and was told took credit card and ackermans in the past 2008, and i am not aware taking that sort of things, can also proof they have my information yes but my question is debit my acc without permission and without any legal or summons or whatsoever, so called in their lawyers was told i owe them i disputed nothing like that want force me somthing i dont know. Is the law that can debit someone acc before make arrangments or giving judgement,or garnishee if and taking to court so we both since there is ***** around.So was told Nedbank has a right to go someone acc and debit where else am new client have never had any business or debt with them in the past.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>And now the Trevor Jaggad lawyers of nedbank forcing me that had account with ackermans and i never had and dont know got my info which can proof it court of law</p>
