FORGET ABOUT NEDBANK! YOUR APPLICATION WILL SIT WITH THE BACK OFFICE FOR EVER

After applying for a Credit Card from NEDBANK on the 28th of OCTOBER, and been sent from one person to another to another to another....I have to give NEDBANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT not even ONE STAR rating. Your services centre doesn't know what they are doing and it was a very straight forward application. NO RESPONSE for 2 weeks after it has been sent to the so called SUPERVISOR, still no response. I'm sorry I ever app**** with NEDBANK and will NEVER recommend anyone to ever use their services. It's appalling and shame that you can't get a simple phone call to a client to update them on your LENGTHY PROCESSES.
