FOREIGN NATIONAL FEE R300

Nedbank debited my account with reference FOREIGN NATIONAL FEE R300 i was shocked and i called the bank they confirmed its a debit they deduct every year from all foreigners i wonder if this is not xenophobic. I used account from 2011 this is my first time to see such transaction.
