Forcing Costs on Customers

Hi

I want to access the funds from my Nedbank Home Loan Account but in order to get the funds i need to open another transactional account with Nedbank.This is absolutely ludacris as i previously had Nedbank transfer funds into my Absa account.

This is Nedbank forcing the customer another cost layer,i will make this public knowledge if my funds are not transferred within the next 24 hours!!!
