Forceful debit order date

Mid November I received an sms asking if they can debit my account early, should we get paid early. I told them to debit on my normal pay date. On the 18/12/17 I received an sms from Nedbank saying they will debit on the 22/12/17, yesterday I went to the bank and spoke to Esme Davids who assured me the money will be debited on the 27/12/17. I received another sms yesterday that the money will go off on the 22/12/17. What must I do now, you are waisting my time. Now I can’t enjoy my holidays because of the ***** Nedbank is doing.

The number in the sms doesn’t go through.

Yesterday I waisted an hour, using my petrol, paying for parking to try and stop this **** from happening. I was told to speak to someone from collections department, I don’t understand why this treatment from Nedbank Homeloans. I need to be compensated for this run around. And my petrol money, parking ticket and my time.
